Do I need to pre-assign teams?
No, we randomise the teams as people arrive.
Pre-assigned teams are a PREMIUM feature and are usually used by clients to support high-level conference objectives, where teams are required to stick together for this, and other events.
For most of our events, we recommend randomising the teams. It's less work for you, and gives your team a better chance to mix with people they don't generally get to mix with.
If you wish to self-select teams, please let your Event Producer know in advance and we will allow time for this at the beginning.
